Welcome to the Strategic Network ("Platform"), managed by Samarata Wellness. By accessing our directory, verifying your WhatsApp number, or redeeming any offers, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1. Platform Role & Merchant Liability

1.1 Directory Service

The Strategic Network acts solely as an aggregator and directory for third-party businesses, merchants, and service providers ("Partners"). We do not own, operate, or control these Partners.

1.2 Limitation of Liability

Any transaction, booking, or service rendered is strictly between you (the "VIP User") and the respective Partner. Samarata Wellness is not liable for:

The quality, safety, or legality of the services or goods provided by Partners.
Any Partner's refusal to honor a voucher, promotion, or discount code.
Cancellations, business closures, or changes to offer terms made by the Partner.
Any physical injury, financial loss, or damages resulting from your interaction with a Partner.

2. Reward Points & Referral System

2.1 Promotional Value Only

Reward Points earned through sharing links, referring friends, or interacting with the platform hold zero cash value and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or traded for fiat currency under any circumstances.

2.2 Platform Rights

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Reward Points system, or revoke points from any user account if we suspect fraudulent activity, spam, or abuse of the referral mechanics.

3. Data Privacy & PDPA Compliance (Malaysia)

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

3.1 Data Collection

To provide a personalized experience, we collect:

Your WhatsApp Phone Number (for secure, password-less authentication and fraud prevention).
Your self-declared Name or Nickname.
Your preferred Location and Interests (to curate your "For You" feed).

3.2 How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly to maintain your VIP access, track your rewards, and display relevant offers. We do not sell your personal data to third-party data brokers.

3.3 Data Sharing with Partners

When you explicitly click "Redeem" to contact a specific Partner, your WhatsApp number is used to open a direct chat with them. Furthermore, if a Partner directly grants you VIP access via their dashboard, they act as the Data Controller for that specific interaction.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to transmit spam, engage in automated bot scraping, or distribute referral links through malicious means. Violation of these terms will result in an immediate, permanent ban of your WhatsApp number from the Strategic Network.

5. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
